We accept returns only for products that are not in the condition in which they were presented to the customer before purchase, whether through photos or during an on-site visit (damage caused during or after transport is not our responsibility). 2 - Exchanges:

If you receive a container different from the one you ordered, contact us immediately during delivery. We will arrange the collection of the incorrectly delivered container and the delivery of the one you ordered.
