At Alfa Containers, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We are committed to supplying quality containers, while recognising that returns or exchanges may still be necessary.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only for products with damage attributable to the company. If you receive a product that is not in the same condition as initially presented to you, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Damage occurring during transport is not the company's responsibility.
2. Exchanges
If you receive a container different from the one ordered, you must contact us immediately, at the time of delivery, so the company can collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one.
